Ideal Horse Transport, run by Cassandra Staines, is a completely reliable and comprehensive horse transport service. I have two large horses and a small pony, all with very different needs, and I can rely on Cassandra to do a stress free job.
Cassie is always cheerful on the phone and quick to answer an enquiry. Her prices are straightforward, competitive and amazing value considering the bespoke quality service she provides. I have heard very good feedback from the recipients of horse deliveries she has made for me, many of whom now use Cassie for their own jobs.
Cassie is friendly, always neat and tidy and appropriately dressed for the job in hand. As she has substantial riding and horsecare expertise, I am very happy for Cassie to take over, but it is always refreshing when she politely asks "Shall I lead them in or would you like to?".
The vehicle looks brand new, is well designed and always looks spotless. Having been on several longer trips with Cassie and the horses, I know her to be a careful and considerate driver who is also acutely aware of how the horses are doing via the camera link into the box. Cassie's years of experience as an Ambulance driver mean that a comfortable journey for all her passengers is second nature to her.
In all, Ideal Horse Transport stands out from other transporters, and I would now not use anyone else. I highly recommend this company to anyone who requires a personal service they can trust.

I have been using Ideal Horse Transport for the past 7 months and I would highly recommend Cassies’ services. I have found her to be both punctual and flexible and her prices are fair. In addition to being a very careful driver she has been particularly considerate of mine and my horse’s needs. The horse box is immaculate and contains CCTV so I could watch my horse on route. I will definitely continue using her services in the future.
