We strive to deliver a top quality efficient standard of responsible equine care to our clients and their horses, as an accredited BHS Approved Livery Yard. We lead in the delivering and promotion of good practice and natural feeding systems. We constantly strive to improve standards of horse knowledge and care within the equestrian world through our education programmes. Perfectly positioned for peaceful countryside hacking yet easily accessible from the Ramsgate, Canterbury and Dover areas, also the Eastry, Worth and Deal areas.

FACILITIES

The horses at Fircrest enjoy beautifully large stables with all the comforts of rubber matting, shavings beds, hay bars and automatic drinkers.  Owners can benefit from the extensive countryside hacking and direct access to the TROT rides - real escapes from the pressures of everyday life! Sandwich Bay is a short box journey away where you can enjoy the Kent coast with miles of golden sand.

Fircrest offers superb all year turnout and paddocks that are enclosed with post and rail and electric fencing. Those wishing to school have unlimited use of the sand menage, complete with jumps and poles, which is floodlit for the evenings.

With the Yard Owner living on site, together with a fully alarmed tackroom, security lights and a number of other security measures, you can relax in the knowledge that your horse is safe and secure. Sally can also offer training: In recent years she has tutored 5 learners to achieve NVQ Levels 2 & 3 in Horse Care and Management through Apprenticeship and Advanced Apprenticeship programmes, and training for BHS stage exams.

She can also offer training to owners on their own horses for general improvement.
