1. All adverts placed on yedsearch.com or its affiliate websites can be updated or amended at any time at no charge
2. The advertiser assumes all responsibilities and liabilities for the use all content (including text, illustrations, graphics, trademarks or other copyrighted matter) of all material used in the design and competition of the advert.
3. YEDsearch.com reserves the right to reject advertising, which it feels, is not in keeping with the web site.
4. Your Equestrian Directory Ltd shall not be responsible or liable for loss of profit, loss of business or any other consequential damages as a result of any error or omission in or of an advert.
5. Your Equestrian Directory does not accept liability for any failure or technical issues that limit access to the web site.
6. YEDsearch.com makes no representations as to the accuracy of the content of advertiser’s material.
7. Adverts which have been designed in part or in total by Your Equestrian Directory Limited are protected by copyright and as such cannot be placed on any other website or used for any other purpose whatsoever without the permission of Your Equestrian Directory Ltd All copyrights reserved.

Cancellation Policy

Advertisers can cancel their contract at any time and the associated adverts will be removed. Advertising fees are not refundable.

Special Offers Terms and Conditions

1. Your Equestrian Directory Ltd will not accept responsibility or liability for the fulfilment and delivery of any offers advertised on YEDsearch.com.
2. Your Equestrian Directory Ltd shall not be responsible or liable for loss of profit, loss of business or any other consequential damages as a result of special offers posted on the website.
3. All Special Offers posted on YEDsearch.com are the responsibility of the Special Offer Provider advertiser including all content and offers suggested
4. All completed Special Offer Application Forms will be sent to the Special Offer Provider within completion.
5. All enquiries relating to a Special Offer should be direct to the Special Offer Provider.

Prize Draw Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The first correctly completed Prize Draw Application form drawn from by the appointed Prize Draw facilitator the bag will win the prize.
2. Prize Draw facilitator’s decision is final.
3. Open to UK residents 18 years and over only, excludes employees of prize provider, the publisher and associated agencies.
4. Prizes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

6. Prize winner’s names will be posted on www.YEDsearch.com/PrizeDraws for a period of 2 weeks and will be emailed confirmation of win directly to email provided when entering the prize draw with instructions on collecting their winnings.
